At Premier Fitness Development, we focus on our community. We check our egos at the door and support you outside the gym as well as inside, through workouts and life alike. No matter your ability or experience level, you are welcome! We especially embrace those new to CrossFit, new to working out in general or just returning from a “hiatus” in fitness. We’re here to help you 100%!

WHAT WE DO

Whether part of our CrossFit, FastFit, or personal training program, we listen to where you’re coming from and prioritize your goals and needs. Our expert programming and workout design ensure you meet your goals. We write exercise programs and classes for you with care and intention, and we modify workouts as needed to keep you safe as well as challenged.

HOW WE DO IT

We take a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing warm-up and mobility just as much as strength and cardio. Our coaches prioritize mobility, flexibility, and technique. Our main goal is to help undo the impact that our stressful lifestyles have on our bodies. Increasing mobility and range of motion are proven ways for you to improve technique, increase strength, and contribute to feeling better in our bodies overall.  We want you to have fun and feel good about yourself!
